Before and After a Low EMF Sauna Session

A lot of sauna users worry about how long they should stay in a sauna to achieve substantial health benefits without any potential health risks. Essentially, a sauna, such as as a low EMF sauna, is very safe for the most part, but there are some pretty important guidelines that should always be followed.

Low EMF saunas are specifically designed to be safer than traditional saunas. Over the years, technology has evolved, and low EMF saunas have made it possible for you to be able to safely spend more time in a sauna session than ever before. With traditional saunas, it was advised that you only spend up to 30 minutes in a session, but with a low EMF sauna, you can safely spend more time depending on the level of heat your body can tolerate. Even better, you’ll find that the risk of overexposure is also lowered considerably.

You should, however, still continue to avoid consuming alcohol or other medications that can make you drowsy before you do a session, and be sure to drink a lot of water. This will help you sweat more and excrete more toxins through your skin. It will also help to prevent dehydration. And finally, remember to take a good shower after your sauna session, to wash off all the toxins you excreted. If left on the skin, they can be reabsorbed through your pores. You do not require soap for this, just plain water will suffice.
